Meet Kim

Certified This Naked Mind Coach

I have said it before and I will say it again, YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

I was the girl who had it all together on the outside, but was crumbling on the inside. I used alcohol to fit in, numb my feelings, escape my life, feel accepted, gain confidence, unwind, celebrate, reward myself, and self medicate.

As a sober coach, I will help you find real freedom from your thoughts and habits around alcohol. Prepare to be empowered, confident and FREE from the clutches of alcohol.

My compassionate and non-judgmental approach to coaching creates a safe and supportive environment for you to share your snags and work towards changing your relationship with alcohol for good. I've lived in addiction and know, first-hand, causes, and the challenges associated with recovery. We'll work together to develop a personalized plan that addresses your unique needs.

I will help you build the skills and create simple strategies necessary to maintain sobriety through healthy coping mechanisms, stress-management techniques, and proven tactics to overcome triggers and cravings. Most importantly I will help you develop a strong support network that includes family, friends, and like minded women who are exploring life AF (Alcohol Free.)
